Evenings and nights are kept warm in the rooms, despite occasional power cuts, which are to be expected in the Kashmir region. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, and match the pictures provided.
In the rare event of an issue, such as with our toilet, the owners were very apologetic and quick to resolve the problem. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Zostel Pahalgam to those looking to connect with others over game nights, enjoy delicious food, and soak in the serenity of the outdoors.
