I am disappointed with your automated response to my feedback. I have been trying to tell that I was denied room at Hotel Samartha Comforts -Koppal inspite of having your booking, as the reception clerk told me bluntly that they are not in tie up with OYO anymore. I had to make other alternate arrangements with great difficulty. It is so difficult to contact you or get any help.
I hope other will not fall prey to same misfortune. Pls delete Samartha Comforts from your list immediately
