Booked through agoda . No option to change the timing of 12pm to next day 12 pm . I checked in at 8 pm . The next day reception called me check out at 12 pm even my check in time is 8pm . Horrible. I paid extra . So total 4500 for one day stay . Not even at weekends. I paid it for staying at Wednesday

We were refused complementary breakfast. My brother has come come from Canada. This was his second stay in your hotel. We were shocked to not that there was no complementary breakfast.
