The property was in a good location in the centre of town. The staff were very nice and helpful and very friendly.

Excellent staff, helpful and attentive. The games room closed for a wedding ceremony, but seeing my son's disappointed face, the staff broke off from their duties to set up the table tennis table especially for him.
Desk staff and tourist adviser were knowledgeable and restaurant staff alert.

Great location with a great view. Back from the road so quieter than some. Steaming hot water.
Staff were great in arranging a driver for us to visit Jawalamukti temple and Kangra fort.
On site restaurant if you're not feeling like a walk. Walking distance to the main shopping area and temple. Would stay there again
