No AC ...no cooling water if u ask....if we tell to clean room they are not responding..after we enter room they are saying we forget.....not working refrigerator.... reception no response....I will be happy when ever we live in Novotel but 1st time this kochi Novotel experience was very bad 😞

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff members were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Although the room wasn't as clean as I had hoped initially, upon requesting a thorough cleaning and additional toiletries, they promptly and efficiently addressed all my concerns without any delays. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to assist even late at night and their flexibility in allowing us to check in early.
