I had Booked this Room for My Mom (56 yrs old) for 3 days. She had travelled alone for the first time to a different State With a language Barrier. The Hotel Staff's really took care of her well throughout the Stay. The Room, Food, Hospitality, Communication and Friendliness of the staff everything was great. I don’t like because i don’t get my booked room.
They said Booking.com always taking over booking so they are not ready to give room.that day i took room in another hotel by 75% more spent.it’s very bad to you by such a practise
