Arya Nivas Trivandrum – Worst experience ever
I was on a family (four adults, including my aged mother, and two kids of 4 years and eight months old) trip to Trivandrum. The accommodation at Arya Nivas was confirmed through booking.com for a three-bedded room and another 2 bedded one. The arrival time was mentioned as 21:00-22:00 hrs. As informed, we reached the property by 21:30. Unfortunately, the rooms were provided on two different floors, 3rd and 5th. Still, considering the late hours, we decided to accept it and collect the keys. After check-in, we kept our luggage in one of the rooms; the room was too small, and there was no additional bed there. As the restaurant's time was only 22:30, we decided to have dinner before checking the second room. After dinner, we checked the second room. To our surprise, both rooms were of the same category, and no additional bed was provided in either of these rooms. Moreover, there was not enough space to accommodate another bed.
