We liked that the details and photos in the description of the place and its facilities were accurate. The place was also very clean and that's always a good thing. Check the details for your requirements as this is a private home/house..There is also a Supermarket, 3 minutes drive or 8 minutes walk close by, if you need any supplies, food, etc. Our stay was for only one day/night and we wanted to be reasonably close to Downtown Rome and also to FCO Airport, both of which were about a 30 - 35 minute drive. We had a budget of around $200 CAD and at the time of booking, this was one of the cheapest we could find.. This was our first time in Italy and coming from North America, you're not quite sure what to expect. Having a car is convenient if you think you can cope with the driving style. We had a rental and I liked that this place has its own garage as seen in the photos with a keyless fob remote for the gate and garage door opener. The experience was very much like renting someone's house, all be it, a one bedroom, although there is a pull out sofa bed on the main floor. There is a washer but no dryer, which I don't believe is common in Europe, unless the washer doubles as a dryer, which I've never seen. We would definitely consider staying here again and wouldn't have a problem recommending it. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating, is that there is always something that could be better, or a better deal, otherwise, it was great.

RoMare, tra Roma e il Mare, hotel in Acilia

Set in Acilia in the Lazio region, RoMare, tra Roma e il Mare has a balcony.

The apartment is rather new and it was very clean. Communication with Carlo upfront was good, he approached us to inform us about check-in and other details. The hosts were very polite. The parking on-site is useful (parking on the street is not easy and a bit to walk to the apartment).

Situated in Acilia, 12 km from EUR Magliana Metro Station and 13 km from PalaLottomatica Arena, Villa Vita - Monolocale con giardino features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi.

Very well presented studio apartment, beautifully maintained and well equipped. Single bed mattress was deep and very comfy. Lovely quiet location, I had a Centauro rental car so it was easy to get around but a car is not necessary as the apartment is not far from Acilia train station and on main bus routes. Supermarket and coffee bar within walking distance. Host Marco met me upon arrival and was extremely pleasant, even came back with a coffee pod so I could have an espresso in the morning ! Highly recommended.

The owners provide a ride to & from FCO airport at a reasonable price. The owner drove me around that neighborhood of Roma to successfully find a restaurant late at night when most restaurants were already closed. I felt like I had made new friends, i.e. the couple that are the owners in the course of a one day stay at the B&B.

The people were friendly and helpful. There were many facilities in Acilia, eg train station, supermarkets, pharmacies etc. It is a nice peaceful town. I especially enjoyed walking into the centre, drinking coffees at the bars, reading the daily Italian newspaper and making conversation with local people in order to practice my Italian. I also liked going to the markets
