Very friendly and helpful hosts. Beautiful house and furnishings and gardens. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very convenient to see Assisi, Perugia, Deruta and the Umbrian country side. Delicious home cooked dinner on the request and lots of coffee with nice breakfast.

Very nice and quiet place. You have a lot of privacy there. Spacious apartement, very cosy suites with comfortable beds. I slept like a baby... Coffee, tea, basic kitchen ingrediences and even home made marmelades offered to us. Parking lot next to the house. A lot of friendly cats on the back yard :) One of them came to visit us inside :)

The property exceeded our expectations. You’ve got everything you need, and only a short drive from Umbertide where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. The terrace was amazing, the sun rises on one side (bedroom window side), and sets on the other side. There’s a bbq outside, which I wish I had time to use. Kitchen facilities, ironing, washing machine etc. you name it and it’s there. Paolo was great. Private parking space was really helpful. If you need a place in Umbertide, don’t think twice, just book here. If I ever come back to Umbertide then I would have to come back here, no questions.

It was the most stylish place in 3 weeks and 10 stays in Italy. The guy over Whatsapp anf the guy who let us in were super friendly and chill. It was the only place where my wife said that she is sad to only stay 1 evrning. She would have liked to stay atleast 3 super nice and quiet, chill place.it has washing machine, big fridge and fyll kitchen and etc. Totally livable place with even outdoor bbq and grill. Buys truly have an awesome place there.
