Everything in good working order, clean. Plenty of storage space in the room, hangers, a plastic stool in the bathroom.
The A/C was pre-set just right (there was no way to change the settings, however, just to switch it on or off). Pleasant balcony with a partial sea view, plastic chairs on the balcony.
Each room has a reserved spot on the beach, complete with umbrella and beach chairs.
A great selection of different foods for breakfast, good coffee. Very kind and helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. All amenities were as described. Breakfast had variety and was good and tasteful. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, stores. etc. All in all, a nice stay. Also rented bikes to wander around.
