Once you understand that there is no real reception ( you have to phone ) all is easy. Very clean room. Large bathroom . Comfortable bed. 7 minutes walk from the pedestrian streets. A private underground garage (10 euros per night). Good breakfast with excellent coffee. Thanks.

Everything was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are excellent, there was attention to detail in regards to everything. The restaurant is the show stopper. Food is amazing and the building itself is stunning. Staff are very welcoming, you definitely get the sense that you’re in a luxury chalet being in the heart of the Zenga Oasis

I liked the location as it was quiet at night and one could get a good night’s sleep. It is quite close to the funivia which takes you up to the old part of Biella which is not only historically interesting but also has some good restaurants serving local food.
Santuario di Oropa is a religious complex set in the Alps at an altitude of 1200 metres. It features an 18th-century basilica, smaller chapels and 2 beautiful courtyards.

I loved the place, sort of an old palazzo. It has a patio and not many rooms for visitors so it's quiet and peaceful. You can feel it's private and not commercial (no type of net hotel ). The room was comfortable and clean, you had to go across the corridor to go to the private bathroom but it's no problem. There's a small TV, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle, even a microwave. All in all, a comfortable place to stay.
And the area is just lovely! on the square nearby there's a coffee bar, a bakery and a restaurant... and less than 5min away there's a funicolare which takes you down to Biella. Really nice and convenient, too.
I'd love to go back to this place once again, that's for sure.
