Delightfull town with vibrant community that really livens up in the evening. Lots of hidden gems to check out.. I went to photographic exhibition that was quite exeptional, held in the old Jail. People were also very freindly. Lots of eateries, bars, galaterias etc. easy and interesting strolls around the tiny narrow alleyways etc.DorianUnited Kingdom

Special thanks to Stephania, who gave us so many information about what to do around, tons of advices, and making sure there are always a lot of fruits for a breakfast. She really make the stay at the hotel a memorable experience. The hotel pays much attention to keep the rooms clean. There is no problem with parking space and market is just in front of the hotel entry.

The room was clean and comfortable, with enough space for 3 people and their respective luggage. I liked that the hotel was conveniently located across a huge supermarket and that there was lift access directly to the carpark - this also made coming back at night fairly convenient yet still secure when there weren't staff at the counter.SarahUnited Kingdom

Florentino went way beyond - prior to our stay she answered many questions about the bus from Bibbiena to Della Verna and even purchased bus tickets for us! The hotel was lovely, lots of character, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety....cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, breads, sweet breads, fruit, espresso. Luca was so helpful and kind going out of his way to accommodate us after a difficult day of travel from Canada. The apartment is very spacious with a large well equipped kitchen and separate living room. There was a wonderful view from the apartment. This would have been a perfect place for a longer stay in Bibbiena.

Everything looked like new, including a modern aircon behind a picture frame which I have never seen before. Good breakfast downstairs with yummy cakes and very good hot chocolate. Elevator from parking area to rooms. Highly recommended.

The bedroom are spacious, very well curated, and tastefully furnished. The common spaces (which are shared between the occupants of the two suites, the Gold and the Silver) are beautiful. Bibbiena is a beautiful small town and it's very conveniently located to tour the area.
