We both loved the accomoddation - two beautiful rooms located in an old house, wonderfully restored, with overwhelming views. The breakfast was amazing, super tasty and served in a beautiful living room. The host was lovely and very helpful with all our questions.
The room was comfortable, with a great bed and nice bathroom. Two rooms also share a nice common area, where you can have some drinks or snacks in the afternoon.
With came with our dog - no problem with that at all (as almost always in Italy).
Offering free WiFi and a large garden with pool, B&B Cà Giovanni is a traditional country house surrounded by nature that has been completely refurbished.

The location was beautiful, quiet and peaceful! My pets loved being able to run around the yard safely! The moon rise was stunning! The host Giulia was warm, thoughtful and magically produced a bottle of wine upon request. Thank you Giulia for the wonderful memories and lovely stay.

A very beautiful property, located on a hilltop, at the foot of Mount Titan, on the border between Emilia Romagna and Marche. We spent 8 nights there, and it was still not enough to see all the surrounding beauties. From everything I saw, Urbino and Pesaro are the most beautiful, as is San Marino. The property offers very good conditions for accommodation and relaxation, large, clean rooms and everything you need to feel good. Mister. Alberto, the owner, makes sure that everything is so that the tourist feels good. For those who want to sit and rest, they can do so, the pool is large and very well maintained. I warmly recommend this location, we will definitely come back, because there are still many things we need to see.

The host are nice and the building is an 800 year old building that have been greatly restored with respect for the type of building it is.
A sligt warning the signal is very bad inside so if your plan is to go here to work don't if your plan is here to see an undisturbed part of Italy then go.
