From the outside absolutely stunning and nicely cared for grounds. Great wedding location, good food. All of the staff were very friendly, even not speaking Italian you could somehow communicate with them.

The location is set in the historic part of Cosenza, an old Palazzo settled between beautiful picturesque streets. The apartment itself hosted by the elegant and knowledgeable Rosa was absolutely perfect. The high ceilings, the history in the details and have to mention that if you love Italian silk and Italian linen handmade lace, Rosa's things are preciously kept and the home is adorned with such things. It's a peaceful and loving home and would highly recommend it and would stay again and again.

Location and Facilities are amazing. Food was good, even though one would expect a little more from a place like Sicily, but way more than decent considering it was a buffet. We were on a full board basis, breakfast was by far the best every day.

The hotel would have been elegant in earlier days. It is old, but very well maintained. Clean. Big, sprawling property but very quiet. There were hardly any guests. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The balconies are a good size. There is ample parking space.
The room was light and airy and the view of Butera and surroundings from the balcony was great. Cristina is so pleasant and put out an exceptional breakfast with meats and cheese and bread as well as the traditional Italian pastry and caffe. Neither Cristina nor her husband, the owners , spoke English, but with Google Translate, gestures and smiles, we managed fine. Very good value for your money.
The pool and for sure the animation, despite the fact that we don't understand Italian, the staff from the animation always made an effort to speak to us and were all very nice. The restaurant employees (not all) were also nice and helpful.
The hotel is for sure great for italian families, no doubt in that, but we sure not going back.
