We stayed 2 nights in Alpina Dolomiti to end recover and rest from our hiking trip : it was really amazing. All the team was perfectly available and caring, they had very nice attentions for us. The rooms were clean and confortable, we slept very well. And Alpina has the best spa we have ever seen. Everything was absolutely perfect, I highly recommand ! We cannot wait to come back in winter season.

1. There is a big difference in quality if you stay in the new or old part of the hotel. 2. The rooftop pool (top of the new building) is far away from the spa (which is in the -1 floor of the old building) 3. There were a lot of guest at the rooftop pool which makes it too crowded. It's not quiet and a lot of people are drinking alcohol in the pool. There is no hostess or guard available 4. The standard dining menu was not very tasteful, which is very remarkable in the part of Italian. All and all, we paid too much money for the quality we received. There marketing instrument is to sell the pool but if you aren't interested in it, there are better choices

Every one of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent -- 5-7 courses every night! The bed was comfortable, the sauna was perfect after a day outside on the slopes. You can walk out the door (with a storeroom for your boots and skis) and be on either the cross country trail or the downhill slopes within 5 minutes. Plus there are hiking trails that take you to beautiful views.

We arrived after hours, got instruction how to get a key to the room. Everything was clean and tidy and set perfectly to maximum comfort. we wanted to stay an additional day as we really enjoyed it, unfortunetly our beloved dog got ill and we cancled the rest of our holiday and went home, the staff was really understanding of the situation and we are greatfull for that.
