The hotel was as described, the area - very nice, the staff was polite and attentive, the room was clean and spacious (huge terrace/balcony). Parking right in front of the building, was staying with a dog and the hotel is pet friendly which was basically the decision making factor.

Very friendly family operated Gasthof ! Home cooked meal was great. Breakfast is simple, but sufficient and tasty.
Rooms very very clean and whole place is clearly kept tidy in general. Matrass and pillow are tough to rate as it’s so personal. For me it wasn't the most comfortable but my wife slept like a baby. Bathroom clean and good shower. Soap is present but no shampoo. Which for us is no problem as we always bring our own. Ample parking spaces available free of charge. Owner suggested to park my motorcycle in their garage which was a great detail ! Location is excellent especially if you are either on tour to Penser Joch pass or Bolzano city.
