Great country house, very close to facilities (supermarket, restaurants), but still quiet in nature. We really liked the size, not too small and not too big like a hotel (around 10-12 houses). Plenty of space at the pool and breakfast, so no weird queuing etc.

It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home. This is such a beautiful house, feels very loved. It is spacious and has everything in it, kitchen generously equipped. There is a beautiful garden too, a patio with a dining table for six, where we had some lovely dinners. The house is super clean, the host kept it nice and cool for us given the outside temperatures in the mid 30Cs. And we had complimentary water and beer in the fridge, thanks Mariana, much appreciated. When we left we bought some olive oil made right there next door, practically in the house , delicious. Even though Mariana's English is non existent we felt so welcome and well taken care of, she is an extraordinary host, always available when we needed her.
