We paid for a triple room and they give us a double one, close to the swimming pool with very high music until 1a.m. They don't have any phone number to communicate with them..I have never seen it! And the ask for 2 euro for each device a day..Unbelievable. The breakfast was really bad, any fruit, and any variation in the menu.

Very friendly staff who even showed us the way how to walk to the nature reserve. Perfect setting for visiting Vendicari nature reserve. Good restaurant with friendly staff where we had all our evening meals. Good breakfast.

The hotel is of a high standard in all areas. The location is perfect as it is has fabulous views over the Sicilian countryside. Staff were attentive, professional and charming. Our dinner and breakfast were good and what you would expect from a Spa hotel. The hotel was closing the following 24 hours for a photo shoot and was being prepared during our stay. The staff made sure this did not impact our enjoyment. Would stay again and recommend

The breakfast, and in particular the kitchen staff, was fantastic; the children (and admittedly also the parents) was in awe of the selection of cakes, my daughter managed to get a breakfast solely consisting of cannoli. The swimming pool is great, and the hotel grounds are very nicely kept.

Everything was perfect. The room was lovely with a great view. Nice shower, good bed. Nice when you open the windows you feel part of the little village of Marzamemi. The property was close to all amenities with parking. It was very clean the bed was comfy and a little balcony to sit. The breakfast was at a café nearby which was lovely with really helpful staff.
