Welcoming hosts. Small but beautiful room with original exposed stone walls and wood ceiling. Good WiFi. This is VERY clean and quiet facility. Easy to find using GPS. This is a small working farm. Walk the grounds and see pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks and even a cow. The onsite restaurant/bar is very good and serves many of their own farm products. Staying here is a very pleasant experience and the room rate is extremely reasonable for all you get. I highly recommend this argriturismo.

We joined the beautiful ladies to make the pasta from scratch which we ate for our evening meal. Elise is a widely regarded gourmet chef in the old-world tradition We will return as soon as possible to experience life with Elise and Biagio in the real Molise farm life passed down from generations.

Nice remote location, no traffic noise, the only thing one can hear are animals and nature. Even with a last minute booking, the hosts (mother and son) were very welcoming and available. The room was nice, comfortable bed, small balcony. Everything was very clean. The entrance to the room is shared between the hosts and guests, however it was no problem. We spoke Italian and from what I understood, English is a little difficult. That was no problem and I had a great breakfast with eggs from their chicken and a nice with the lady of the house. The washing machine and detergents were also available and worked well.

A renovated stone farmhouse. Communal Dining area on first level. Our apartment was large. Shower was roomy. Free standing deep iron bathtub. Comfortable bed. Short drive to Sepino and Campobasso restaurants Owners were very helpful.
