One of our best stays in Italy. The owners are extremely welcoming and provide all information for the best stay. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. I really liked the big school map of Italy on the wall :)
Breakfasts are amazing, from sweets to cheeses, salami, prosciutto, fruits, yoghurts ... We came with our dog, and it was a nice welcome also for him 😀

Everything was perfect for our short stay while passing through. A good breakfast is also available. The location in the vineyards is beautiful, but the village of Civitanova is only accessible on foot via narrow and busy roads.

Really cute place. We liked the small details like ear plugs because trains are crossing really close. Also liked that we had fridge and hairdryer. Breakfast is great, you have a lot of different options. There is shared terrace. The owner is very nice.

The 3-star Hotel Promenade is located on the seafront of Porto Sant’Elpidio, right opposite the beach. Rooms are air conditioned and feature a TV and minibar. Some offer views of the sea.

Alberto was a super nice host and our stay was perfect. The hotel is perfectly located on the sea-side-front and next to the hotel there is an outstanding restaurant (Manhattan). Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good (probably best chocolate croissant I've ever had) and perfect coffee. Not much more need to start your day right.
Free (public) parking in front of the hotel and super easy to get a spot (in October - which is probably different in Summer).
