One of our best stays in Italy. The owners are extremely welcoming and provide all information for the best stay. The room was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. I really liked the big school map of Italy on the wall :)
Breakfasts are amazing, from sweets to cheeses, salami, prosciutto, fruits, yoghurts ... We came with our dog, and it was a nice welcome also for him 😀

Everything was perfect for our short stay while passing through. A good breakfast is also available. The location in the vineyards is beautiful, but the village of Civitanova is only accessible on foot via narrow and busy roads.

Alberto was a super nice host and our stay was perfect. The hotel is perfectly located on the sea-side-front and next to the hotel there is an outstanding restaurant (Manhattan). Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good (probably best chocolate croissant I've ever had) and perfect coffee. Not much more need to start your day right.
Free (public) parking in front of the hotel and super easy to get a spot (in October - which is probably different in Summer).

This is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and large. There is a very nice garden with a brand new pool. The restaurant on site is also very good and he breakfast was also very good.
