The host was a delight and the accommodation was fantastic. My parents got the biggest room and I slept in the other double one, so the shared bathroom was just for us. This place is BEAUTIFUL, very tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. The place is in the middle of the countryside and we arrived at night, so the last bit of driving was very dark and we didn't know what we were going to find at our arrival. We had a great sleep and the breakfast was superb.
It was at relatively short driving distance from Todi.

Beautiful property owned and managed by beautiful people (kindly communicating via phone translator for us). Our room was very clean and had a terrace - we watched the sunset over the countryside with a glass of wine in the evening. Sweet little Italian breakfast provided the following morning :)

Like the hosts call it: it's a small paradise. Far away from any form of civilization, very calm place with almost clichee like views of the umbrian countryside an the beautiful sunsets, nevertheless very good internet everywhere. The pool is beautiful, kept in great condition, the Villa is comfortable and the interiors are a good compromise between elegance, functionality and italian tradition. Of course it wouldn't be such a great place without the hosts. Gigi and Mathijs do their best to make your stay an exceptional experience and they succeed at any given time in doing so.

There was an excellent breakfast every morning with freshly baked bread, homemade jam and freshly squeezed juice in a breakfast basket. Every morning we also got great tips for excursions from Matijs and Gigi. The accommodation is located in beautiful countryside, everything is very clean and the apartment is comfortably furnished. The wifi was very good, even at the pool.
