A great family friendly place to visit with lovely walks, shops and friendly people. A safe feel with many interesting places to discover. Be careful on parking, some are very expensive. Best parking is a few moments from Conad supermarket and directly opposite from an Irish bar. Great eateries, especially Fondi with budget friendly daytime eats or aperitivo menus

Frascati is a fabulous town, which has a village like feel, but with everything a city has. It's a very friendly and helpful community. The train station is close by and only 35 minutes to Rome. Your treated like a local after a couple of visits to cafes and restaurants, which is lovely. As we walk everywhere, Frascati is a great place for this. After three visits to this town, I'm sure it won't be our last visit.

Perfect little town to use as a base for visiting Rome and the surrounding area. Great transport links to Rome and Ciampino airport. Great place to escape from the chaos of Rome's tourist scene with plenty of places to eat, drink, explore and relax. Everyone we met was very friendly and kind and the town has a close community feel to it that is very warm and welcoming.

On arriving we spoke to someone at the apartment who called Massimo & he arrived soon after. Frascati is a lovely, friendly town with easy access by train (30 mins) to Rome. Our room was spacious, airy & very clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of towels & the shower always very hot. The shared kitchen was very handy. Our safety deposit box did not work but we got by without. Massimo was looking to have it fixed. Thankyou Massimo for your lovely accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit and can be used to explore Rome by commuting by train. The town is renowned for its excellent food with many great restaurants, e.g. La Bottega Frascatana. There are also very nice boutique shops with quality and original items. The weather is usually great and the air is fresh compared to much more polluted Rome.

The hotel staff is a family and they are very friendly. They helped us with restaurants and other suggestions. The breakfast was good especially bearing in mind that one will have a substantial dinner the evening before. The location is very central and nearby restaurants, bars, shops and the centre of town. By train you can easily reach Rome which we did for 4 days. It is a beatiful retreat compared to the busy city of Rome.

I loved how it was away from all the hustle of Rome yet quick enough to get there in 30 minutes by train. it was a quick walk to the station and the town of Frascati is absolutely beautiful. oh and the breakfast included made it easy to grab something and go. Take a bottle of water and head into the city to explore.

The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean every day and the people from Homescape were kind. The area was convenient and the people from Homescape gave me nice recommendations for activities in Frascati. 5 out of the 6 nights I stayed were perfect, the last night was bad due to the other guest.

Restaurant and bar / shop on the premises which is handy after long meeting days and because the hotel is about 10-15 mins outside the town centre (so dropping off laptop and walking back not always what you want). Nice breakfast. Mini-bar in the room (no tea/coffee maker).

We stayed at a different location from Antica Terazza, in Hotel Bellavista. It is very close both to train station and the main square, with a great cafe downstairs. Facilities were not very new, but everything was very clean and comfortable. And very friendly staff!

Ideal location for a stopover during a long trip by car across Italy. Walking distance from city center (strategic because you don't need the car and parking lots are crowded) and from a large park where you can walk the dogs.
