Very well located. My room had access to a terrace with a marvelous view to the city down the hill. Was very quiet. The breakfast was good, there were a variety of food to choose from and good coffee. The hotel gives discounts for ESA guests but only if one books it through them.

A great family friendly place to visit with lovely walks, shops and friendly people.
A safe feel with many interesting places to discover.
Be careful on parking, some are very expensive.
Best parking is a few moments from Conad supermarket and directly opposite from an Irish bar.
Great eateries, especially Fondi with budget friendly daytime eats or aperitivo menus

Frascati is a fabulous town, which has a village like feel, but with everything a city has. It's a very friendly and helpful community.
The train station is close by and only 35 minutes to Rome.
Your treated like a local after a couple of visits to cafes and restaurants,
which is lovely.
As we walk everywhere, Frascati is a great place for this.
After three visits to this town, I'm sure it won't be our last visit.

Perfect little town to use as a base for visiting Rome and the surrounding area. Great transport links to Rome and Ciampino airport. Great place to escape from the chaos of Rome's tourist scene with plenty of places to eat, drink, explore and relax. Everyone we met was very friendly and kind and the town has a close community feel to it that is very warm and welcoming.

On arriving we spoke to someone at the apartment who called Massimo & he arrived soon after. Frascati is a lovely, friendly town with easy access by train (30 mins) to Rome.
Our room was spacious, airy & very clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of towels & the shower always very hot.
The shared kitchen was very handy. Our safety deposit box did not work but we got by without. Massimo was looking to have it fixed.
Thankyou Massimo for your lovely accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit and can be used to explore Rome by commuting by train. The town is renowned for its excellent food with many great restaurants, e.g. La Bottega Frascatana. There are also very nice boutique shops with quality and original items. The weather is usually great and the air is fresh compared to much more polluted Rome.

Frascati is a wonderful quaint old town with a little piazza
There are many restaurants all serving really good authentic food
The trains from Frascati to Rome termini run every hour 2hours on a Sun) the journey is roughly 40mins.
Emanuele, Giola (the gorgeous lady), the restaurant staff in the morning breakfast, all staff were very friendly, lovely, nice and helpful. They always have a smile on their face.
All amenities including lots of restaurants are nearby. Train station just 1 minute walk. Beautiful view from our room. I had a great time staying at Bellavista Antica Terrazza Frascati.
This is a very elegant hotel in its own expansive grounds...exactly as depicted..
The room had a beautiful view towards Frascati and was comfortably well-equipped.
We had an arrival lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel - all were well presented and very enjoyable.
Staff were friendly, informative and efficient ...indeed, very pleasant.
The location of this property is great to visit Rome by train if you don't want to take your car. The town of Frascati is also pretty cute and has some good restaurants nearby. The station itself is also a short walk away (all downhill). The aircooling was great to battle the very hot days and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.
Excellent location, next to train station which goes straight to Rome. Air conditioning not working so have to sleep with window open which can be very noisy. Breakfast has a small selection but enough to get you started for the day. Very clean but basic rooms. Hotel is great as a base.
The apartment was clean, new, and comfortable, great location near the center of the city, near restaurants and public transport. the kitchen is good with all needed. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Nespresso machine.
Good atmosphere. Good for family with 2 kids
Everything from the spotless clean rooms, to the nice breakfast to the super nice hosts.
The location, near Frascati and the small cute village of Monte Porzio Catone is good and the place very peaceful and quite
Good access to the highways to Rome
Very relaxing countryside house and great dog! The host even offered the ingredients and recipe to cook your own home-made pasta. The Frascati wine was delicious and the vinyl collection goes great with the atmosphere.
Spacious accomodation close to science park of Frascati and walking distance to city. Modern rooms and useful kitchen. Good coffee from vending machine in the basement at reasonable price.
Facilities excellent. Overall hotel standard very good. Is run down in some areas but I feel the new additions (padel club, pool area, restaurant, EXCELLENT STAFF!!!) outweigh this.
Good location, but a bit of a walk from train station. Sat at outside terrace for dinner, views of Rome. Very nice dinner, nice service. The local Frascati wines were very good.
Nice place in the heart of Frascati town. The room very clean and the stuff gentle and helpful. Good room size and clean. Great deal. Breakfast is included
