The owners are really friendly and they give you the vibe that you stay at their home. They really love their hotel, they have it like their child. They treat their customers with such hospitality like they were close friends. The rooms are super clean, thy contain anything that you will need (ac, spreader, hairdryer ect) and they are cleaned every day. The wifi works excellent. The elevator is convenient and big enough for 2 people with 10kg suitcases. Every time that you are going out they suggest you places to go, they give you instructions and they give you discount coupons for restaurant and beaches!! The variety of breakfast is big even if you are diabetic or vegan or milk/gluten intolerant!! They are all homemade which is amazing and in the price it's including coffee, water and juice. The train station it's almost a kilometer away and the bus station is 200 meter away!! Great location for Nove Colli and super friendly team who run the hotel. They were very kind and attentive, The dinner was excellent and the atmosphere in the dinner room was nice, They had a piadina party after the race which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was good and they did an early breakfast for cyclists on the day which was great, thanks for getting up so early! Our Junior Suite was very nice and had 2 balconies. The city bikes were a great facility and made getting around much more convenient. We can definitely recommend the hotel.
