A very nice small hotel. 5-10 minutes from Bibione. Large free car park. Probably the biggest advantage is the restaurant. Prices are average, pizza and pasta around 10 E. Food portions are large, lots of fresh ingredients. Very good service. It's great that it's NO SMOKING! The smell of cigarettes in every Italian restaurant is disgusting. The waiter from Albania is very nice and communicative and speaks English. You have a discount -10%. The rooms are cleaned every day. Bed is large and comfortable. There is air conditioning in the room. Fridge is in the room. Rooms have a large terrace. You can rent bikes. Breakfast could be more varied. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to stay with kids. It's very calm and not overcrowded. There was always a place near the swimming pool. The food was good. The breakfast with always the same choice, but there is a lot to chose from. For dinner there were always fish, meat, side dish, three types of pasta, many starters...it was always good. The stuff is very friendly, speaks generally Italian, German and English. The houseboat is comfortable, equiped with everything necessary. When we went to the beach we always had the places booked in the 1st raw, which was great.

Large parking. You can have a dog, for me this is one of the main things. I wouldn’t classify everything else as a disadvantage, since for that kind of money everything was less than decent. The owners are very nice people. The audibility in the room is of course excellent :) the door creaks when opening. The bed does not have a headboard, which is a bit inconvenient. There is a night table only on one side of the bed. The room is cold, the air conditioner heats up quickly, but cools down just as quickly. No refrigerator. Breakfast is small, but again, everything is within the price paid. Very tasty coffee. There is an excellent restaurant 500 meters from the hotel, since the hotel itself only has a bar. Great place for one night.

The owners are beatiful people: welcoming, caring and very friendly. Happily suggesting destinations, giving trip tips. Breakfast was professional (11 points out of 10) and it can be varied by individual needs. They do more for you than you would expect. Nice, well maintained pool. Quiet neighbourhood, no traffic in it's street, parking right in front of the house.
