The host was absolutely amazing, really helpful chap. The hotel is clean and really close to the main highway (autostrada) so its great for a pitstop on your way to Cinque Terre or beyond. The breakfast offered here was amazing with fresh focaccia, cheese and ham plus some local made cakes.
The pub/trattoria in front of the hotel was one of the best we've been to in Italy with really amazing local beer "Busalla Birra", good food and amazing staff. The trattoria looked like its a local favourite. Our host at albergo birra even got us a 10% discount at the trattoria.
Although we only stayed for one night, we will definitely remember this place.
