A fab weeks break. Glorious location. A small (30 bed) dog friendly hotel perched on a hill overlooking beautiful countryside, on the outskirts of an historic hamlet (Germanno) with winding lanes, hills, farmland, olive groves and onto the sea. Easy to find, super facilities, great breakfast, nice linens and towels and nothing was too much trouble. Supper available if you want and even light lunches. Pool was great - just us in it (Sept). Hiking nearby, lots to see and do in the vicinity from Urbino a drive away, San Marino, to caves nearby as well as some markets in adjacent villages. We had a great time and thank you Arianna it was lovely to meet you and your super helpful team. (Next time maybe a car with a bigger engine for the hills!!!)

Although the location is a little far from the city, it was very calming because of the Nature surrouding it.
The room was clean and it was what was promised.

The room was comfortable and i liked the neat bedding and washroom. And definitely the bus stop outside the hotel's exit door. Breakfast was quite good with the variety of fruits but instead of just sweets and cake varieties, there should be the bread slices and eggs as well.

We both loved the accomoddation - two beautiful rooms located in an old house, wonderfully restored, with overwhelming views. The breakfast was amazing, super tasty and served in a beautiful living room. The host was lovely and very helpful with all our questions.
The room was comfortable, with a great bed and nice bathroom. Two rooms also share a nice common area, where you can have some drinks or snacks in the afternoon.
With came with our dog - no problem with that at all (as almost always in Italy).
