Family run, excellent service, superb views and overall very well run hotel

This traditional Alpine hotel features a wellness centre and restaurant, and spacious rooms with private bathroom. Nestled in the picturesque town of Laion, it is 20 km from Bressanone Train Station.

1. There is a big difference in quality if you stay in the new or old part of the hotel. 2. The rooftop pool (top of the new building) is far away from the spa (which is in the -1 floor of the old building) 3. There were a lot of guest at the rooftop pool which makes it too crowded. It's not quiet and a lot of people are drinking alcohol in the pool. There is no hostess or guard available 4. The standard dining menu was not very tasteful, which is very remarkable in the part of Italian. All and all, we paid too much money for the quality we received. There marketing instrument is to sell the pool but if you aren't interested in it, there are better choices
