I found the overall experience to be excellent. However, I suggest a slight enhancement: It would be beneficial to provide two coffee pads instead of one, aligning with the expectations of a 4-star establishment . Additionally, during turndown service, it would be appreciated if the room staff could ensure the washing of dirty glasses and cleaning of the patio ashtray.

Warm welcome - although we arrived late evening, due to a delayed flight, the hosts were ready and waiting for us (after giving directions by WhatsApp) to show us to the apartment and explain the location.
Great location - from here you can drive to Pisa, Lucca and Siena all within 1 hour. There is a Lidl in the local town Castelfiorentino which is just 15 mins away, which also has a train station with regular service to Florence (takes 45-50 mins) which we’d recommend as driving/parking in Florence is difficult.
Perfect surroundings- for walking, exploring, wildlife (owls, deers, birds of prey) and magical Tuscan sunsets!
