There are beautiful beaches around but they tend to be rather crowded. They are suitable for children because the water is shallow for a good trait and there are also some cliffs and deeper water that you may enjoy for snorkeling. In town there are some good restaurants: we ate at the Valentone (with a discount from our host who owns also the B&B) and at the Brera; this latter was the best. Marina di Camerota has some history and a nice historic church, but is not as charming as Acciaroli.MICHELEItaly

The location by the port was perfect for coming and going throughout the day and taking things easy. But in general this town is not very popular. We stayed there because of interesting hike to Baia degli Infreschi which is worth to do.
