Room was really with a balcony and a nice view heating and AC depending on how you like it. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant in the evening does the best food! Fantastic.

Not as bad as some ratings told, just some details spoil the overall impression. The room is looks good - it contains all the ususal equipment, it is clean and looks quite new. The self-check-in works very well. No problem with noise from the neighbourhood. It is not mentioned in the description but breakfast is included in the (very low) price. Not far away by car from Lago Maggiore.
