Lovely room with lots of space. Attached to a great restaurant which offered a great discount for guest. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Sicily, especially if they are arriving by ferry and looking for somewhere to stay on the first night.

After arrivel at Palermoairport we stayed two nights to visit Palermo the next day. The house is alongside the SS113, in Santa Flavia- just outside Palermo, and could park our car on the private property (host gave us the code for the gate). We slept in room #9 (with balcony). Comfortable and clean. Free coffeemakermachine on the ground floor (machine is a little noisy).
Trainstation within 500 m. Every hour train to Palermo. Buy your tickets at the Tabacchi near the station.

The renewed room we stayed in last night was nice as i had to book extra night additionally. However the first two nights we booked were old room which was indeed not good. Even though both we booked were same class, economy room. I strictly recommend clarifying this issue when anyone books in this hotel
