The lady who met me was lovely and helpful, as was the other lady who served breakfast the next day. My room was small but very comfortable and in lovely surroundings. It was very well-appointed. The accommodation is close to a restaurant and bars. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Thank you so much.

The pool and the other facilities like the air-conditioning, kitchen tools and other equipment were of high quality. The man who gave us a tour of the house and gave us the keys was really friendly and made sure we were super relaxed during our stay. He even called us up a couple of hours after our arrival to make sure everything went well and if there's was anything he could help us for.

Amazing views from the top of the town, and great little town to visit in the area. Nice apartment with great outdoor BBQ with wood that would be fantastic in warmer weather. Nice people running the place too.

The owner Sabrina is an excellent host attentive to all your needs. Our room and the property was spotless and the gardens well maintained. We stayed for 11 nights and we were very well looked after. We visit this area frequently and will definitely return again.

Monte San Biaggio is a wonderful little town, its small and uncrowded like the popular tourist destinations, so after Como, Milan, Venice, Florence & Rome it was a breath of fresh air. Its a short drive to the beach ( FREE ) not taken over by business's renting chair space . It is a short drive to beach towns like the wonderful Sperlonga, Gaeta and Terrachina all worth the drive. In town is probably the best resturant in Italy, Le Partanelle, wonderful traditional Italian fare- we had the beautiful seafood platter followed a superb steak.

This is a small town with a very interesting history, placed between the Papal territory and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies. It is full of character and charm. The old town, on the hill, commands a beautiful view over Lago di Fondi and the sea. On clear days the Islands of Ponza can be seen. The town has a range of good restaurants offering excellent local food and wine, not to mention being an easy drive from the coastal honeypots of Terracina and Sperlonga. The train station provides cheap, fast and regular trains into central Rome for day trips. A holiday here could easily encompass the beach, hiking, local history and day visits to Rome and Naples, not to mention amazing food. That would scratch the surface, as there’s loads more to see and do!

This is a lovely little town to walk through.
This is a lovely little town to walk through. The people greet you at every corner. Beautiful vistas from cheap, friendly bars. Other sights in the area are historically spectacular, and of course the beaches are excellent. You need a car.
