Corte Landriani is a beautiful, centuries old building that has very recently been converted from a house to a hotel. The interior has been expertly renovated in a traditional style with exposed brickwork, gorgeous wood fixtures and traditional Italian tiled floors and stairs. The rooms are a good size and are equipped with everything that you would expect and need for a relaxing stay, the shower was excellent, air con (an absolute must in summer) more than adequate, an Android TV with Netflix, Prime etc, good internet speeds, the bed is probably the most comfortable I have slept in and comparable with (or better than some) 5 star hotels; they have really put the effort in to making this a place that you will look forward to go back to at the end of a day of exploring the mountains or the coast. The proprietors are a wonderful, friendly, accommodating couple and even with the language barrier they were excellent hosts. I only had chance to have breakfast once (the rest of the days were either very early starts or very late starts after a previous very late night) but it was exactly as requested, plentiful and served in a quaint and delightful dining room with an antiques room right next door showing the owners very tasteful collection of local antiquities. I was invited for aperitivo (Google it!) where we met the rest of the guests, were liberally fed local produce and local wine and got to know the owners a little better, all under the blazing Italian sun in a great stone courtyard for the huge cost of – zero, it is just part of the local custom to treat guests in this way. I found out that I was actually the first British visitor to stay there but I suspect that I will not be the last and it certainly will not be the last time that I stay there. The village itself is very traditionally Italian and is perfectly located in between the mountain region to the West and the Adriatic coast to the East. The key word here is “traditional”. This is real Italy.

Breakfast is served outside on the terrace in the lovely summer weather, with great views over the Marche countryside. There is a good choice of croissants, meats, yoghurts, etc, and coffee is made to order. Case Oliva is in a beautiful location, with plenty to see and do in the area, and local restaurants (as well as the one in the hotel) to sample.

We booked this half an hour before arriving and were stunned by this beautiful place . Room, food and staff all excellent . Loved being able to park nearby easily .

Great country house, very close to facilities (supermarket, restaurants), but still quiet in nature. We really liked the size, not too small and not too big like a hotel (around 10-12 houses). Plenty of space at the pool and breakfast, so no weird queuing etc.

Grill, field around with volleyball and football courts, terraces. Beautiful views. Very large living room. Overall this is awesome place to chill and rest.

Super equipped vacationhouse in a quiet neighboorhood. Good wifi, pool, A/C, jacuzzi, good bed (would be even better if it was kingsize for this "class" of property), good shower, ... Michele was very reachable through whatsapp, had a good command of English and was full of good tips! Thanks Michele!
