A fab weeks break. Glorious location. A small (30 bed) dog friendly hotel perched on a hill overlooking beautiful countryside, on the outskirts of an historic hamlet (Germanno) with winding lanes, hills, farmland, olive groves and onto the sea. Easy to find, super facilities, great breakfast, nice linens and towels and nothing was too much trouble. Supper available if you want and even light lunches. Pool was great - just us in it (Sept). Hiking nearby, lots to see and do in the vicinity from Urbino a drive away, San Marino, to caves nearby as well as some markets in adjacent villages. We had a great time and thank you Arianna it was lovely to meet you and your super helpful team. (Next time maybe a car with a bigger engine for the hills!!!)

Super quiet place and very kind staff. The bungalow had everything one can need. We went in spring but you need to go in summer to fully enjoy the swimming pools and the hot tubs. I think that if one wants to have business all year round, they should consider indoor pool and hot tubs.
