Location not far from busy autostrada but in calm realm of countryside. Humble building in a large green garden that is seamlessly connected with the field of 300 olives. Freshly cut grass, birds and flowers everywhere. We were just in time for mandarins in full blossom - what a fragrance! The host and her dog are very nice, and the breakfast was abundant feast of home made marmelades and pastries. For supper our host recommended a local meat restaurant - it turned out to be a superb steak house with meat from all over the world. We kept with local tagliata and was great.

A friendly welcome from our hostess as she came out to greet us. She also explained where the nearest supermarket was (about 5 mins away by car) and the fact that it would close in 15 mins! (at 7.30pm). Access to the first floor apartment is via an external staircase. The apartment was a good size, with all the basics needed for an overnight stay, including anti-mosquito plug-in (but sheets cost extra -:we'd brought our own). Parking was on the street outside - easy, as.this is a residential area with light traffic.

Hotel Trieste is a typical italian 3-star experience: friendly staff, clean, disappointing breakfast buffet, basic rooms, with no flair, dated furniture, small bathroom. It is the curse of the beauty of Italy, people will come anyway so 3-star hotels have no incentive to make the investment in infrastructure. That said, Hotel Trieste i not worse than other 3-star hotels in Italy and the staff was very friendly.

The Hotel Cristallo is located in front of the Velluto Beach of Senigallia and the Rotonda sul Mare.

My partner arrived injured and unable to walk. The staff were very considerate and helpful in arranging medical assistance including an ambulance and providing out of hours food.

Perfectly fine, simple room. Clean. Nice garden. Friendly staff. Free bikes are a great facility. Very close to the beach, direct access to the boulevard from the backyard. Good value for money.
