Beautiful location on the side of the hill with great view. With the outside garden and all the plants it almost feels like a sanctuary. The host was very kind and spoke great English.
The room was quite interesting, nicely decorated and definitely something unique, but you'll have to like it /we did :)

Once you understand that there is no real reception ( you have to phone ) all is easy. Very clean room. Large bathroom . Comfortable bed. 7 minutes walk from the pedestrian streets. A private underground garage (10 euros per night). Good breakfast with excellent coffee. Thanks.

Everything was amazing. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are excellent, there was attention to detail in regards to everything. The restaurant is the show stopper. I liked the location as it was quiet at night and one could get a good night’s sleep. It is quite close to the funivia which takes you up to the old part of Biella which is not only historically interesting but also has some good restaurants serving local food.
