It was very clean and a beautiful room which looked to be newly renovated. The AC was a blessing since it was extremely hot outside. The receptionist was very friendly and we had no problems with the check-in or anything else.

We stayed for five nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Gorgeous room with balcony and view of the Alps (backside of the building, not overlooking the train station). The staff was super friendly, helped with all our questions, and made very useful suggestions on restaurants and visiting sites, even before our arrival. The breakfast was delicious(plenty of choices for all tastes) in a fabulous dining room (loved the design). We used the spa facilities once, which were small, but clean, and relaxing after a day’s walking in the city.
