Calm, well designed and very well remodeled. The grounds are lovely. Super friendly staff who are kind attentive and provided great suggestions throughout our trip. Amazing value for money.

We paid for a triple room and they give us a double one, close to the swimming pool with very high music until 1a.m.
They don't have any phone number to communicate with them..I have never seen it! And the ask for 2 euro for each device a day..Unbelievable.
The breakfast was really bad, any fruit, and any variation in the menu.
Featuring an outdoor pool, a large garden with lemon trees, Terra Dei Limoni offers accommodation with free parking. The property is 700 metres from the Ionian Sea.

We loved the premises, and the staff are truly exceptional. Warm, welcoming and always available to give advice and superb service. We extended our stay because we felt so happy there. The best linguine alle vongole I ever ate! I could go on, highly recomended! Bravissimi!

We had a lovely room with a balcony, a view of the garden and distant views of the sea. The hotel was very quiet and had a great plunge pool in which to cool off after a hot day's sightseeing. The sandy beach was only across a road at the end of the garden. Breakfast was a buffet of savoury and sweet items, including cereal, fruit, bread, cheese and ham. We went out for dinner to one of three nearby restaurants which were reasonably priced but there was an option to go into Noto on a shuttle bus.

Noto Marina is a jewel.
Noto Marina is a jewel. Very beautiful beach with places to rent chairs and umbrellas. There are small stores and restaurants near the sea and a gelato truck with other snacks that is near the public parking.

The beach is nice (sandy and with good water..perfect for kids), but only small area with sunbeds to hire at very high price. Not to many restaurants and no nice area to take a evening walk so driving to Noto at evening was a solution
The hotel runs by the family. A daughter speaks good English and has no problems for communications. Her father kindly stored our bicycles (gravel bike) in the locked space. All of the family were very friendly.
Room Type : Junior Suite with Sea View
- Spacious, bright, clean room with very large terrace
- Large Comfortable bed
- Good size bathroom (shower only)
- Good sized swimming pool (though we did not use.)
- Fabulous breakfast with fruit, yogurts, cakes, pastries, cereal, juices, teas, coffees, etc
It's really nice, modern and clear apartment, lately renovated, it's got everything what you need in case you want to cook there as well. The beds are really comfortable. I would say that it's rather for 4 adults than 6.
It's got great shared terrasse one floor above the apartments with nice view on the surrounding area is calm, you definietely need a car if you want to stay there, but it's a nice place to stay close to Noto or visit southern part of Sicily. Lemon trees in the garden are also really cute :)

I highly recommend B&B Sun of Sicily! During our whole stay, Francesco (the host) was super welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is superb - near the sea, parking available & a perfect place for a relaxing tranquil and peaceful stay. The breakfast was also very good with an italian touch to it. The pool is open all day and has all the amenities required. The room is clean and comfortable.
We will surely return if we're looking at a stay in that area of Sicily!
The team working at Terra dei Limoni is super nice, friendly and helpful. The cakes at breakfast impress :) I liked that we had our own kitchen to cook sometimes, but still the breakfast was there every morning. The cabin had a small patio just for us. The location is very good to explore many beaches around, as well as the interesting villages and landmarks of South East Sicily (of course you need a car). We stayed for 2 weeks and it didn't get boring at all :)
Our apartment was overlooking Claudio’s gorgeous olive groves in a very private location in Lido di Noto. We had breakfasts and dinners with gorgeous view on the balcony. The property was gated and very secure. We were minutes away from beautiful beaches in the area like Eloro and Marianelli as well as short drive away to Marzamemi and Syracuse/Ortigia.
This is a great location. Centrally positioned to visit south-east of Sicily. Close to cultural and beach.
Francesco is a great host. Always friendly, very helpfull with plenty of ideas of where to go, what to visit and very important where to eat. ;-)
Breakfast is italian, however open to suggestions (!).
Pool area is comfortable and relaxed.
The room was big, spacious and clean. We were on the 2nd floor so shared a huge terrace with another room.
The enclosed car park is great as is the location of the hotel, only a few minutes walk to the main beach.
I would recommend the beach clubs at the far end of the town for a quieter and safer beach experience too.
Very friendly and helpful owner.
Beautiful, very clean pool.
Only 3 min walking distance to the beach.
AC in every room.
Quite surroundings.
Great place to catch the sun, swim in the sea and the pool and to do sightseeing in this part of Sicily ( Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa and much more).
The property is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by mature olive trees and wild flowers. The restoration and design of the hotel is exquisite. Every where you look you find something of beauty. The owners and staff make you feel like family. A very special place indeed. I hope to return.
Hotel Jonio is situated in a great location and has all the amenities we could ask for. close to beach and the city of Noto. Free onsite Parking. They have a restaurant and bar. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.
Surrounded by olive trees, and on a small hill, the hotel has nice views of the area and the sea. The hotel is close to Noto and Lido di Noto. There are nice decorations everywhere and the staff is very friendly. the best of all is the food, local and tasty. 😋
The breakfast was reasonable and on a very beautiful terrace. The restaurant is excellent. The pool is amazing and there were always enough chairs and umbrellas available. The hotel can only be reached by car, but it is a very scenic location. Very relaxing.
Everything was fantastic!!! Directly on a beautiful beach, comfortable beds, clean, huge terrace overlooking the beach and very short walk to Lido di Noto!
