Fabulous stay from the beginning to the end!!
Booked this place as a treat from my wife's birthday. On arrival staff left a little cake, complementary drinks and a birthday card a in our room! Beds were just the best to have the sweetest of dreams and in the morning breakfast was a feast!! Far above our expectations the view and size of the rooms! We strongly recommend it and we shall certainly come back!!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money
