All almost perfect. We used it as a base camp for excursions around and on the lake Como. The garage was there like ordered. Just enough size for mit 4.83m car, but it fit in. All the needed things for the daily life at site.

The apartment was nice and decent but it is but further from the ferry and the hotel has very few staff. Taxi ride one way coat €20 one way. The hotel restraunt was alright and the roo..heating was also not the best but overall it was not bad

the accommodation was great, when we found it! but as we arrived at night it didn't help. Francesco stayed up late to help us via text. Lovely little flat, although we weren't in it for long as we were out discovering.. The visit was perfect, parking available and the flat was warm which was necessary.. Ossuccio is right at the Greenway del Lago di Como.
Ossuccio is right at the Greenway del Lago di Como. If you like long walks/hikes or walks along the lake, this region is perfect. It is very quiet and peaceful. There are old churches and villas nearby to see. You can reach Como city centre in 45 mins by public transport, although the buses don't have a fixed schedule and are late most of the time due to the narrow roads. Keep in mind, that getting a taxi in Como is difficult (Uber doesn't exist there), especially at late hours. It would also cost around 100 Euro.

Ossuccio is one of many small villages that nestle against each other all along the west coast of Lake Como. By itself it's quiet, with a few good restaurants and a nice (but uphill) path to a religious sanctuary, along which one can learn about the history of Christianity. But the best part is its proximity to the lake and other villages with amazing attractions, like Varenna and the Castello di Vecchio (by boat across the lake, and be prepared for a very steep hike), Trenno (many good restaurants), and the towns of Bellagio (great shopping) and Como (churches and many restaurants and much shopping). If you want accommodations in a quiet, residential area that's close to a lot of the Lake's most well-known attractions, Ossuccio is for you.

Lovely walk along the Greenway. Beautiful little sanctuary to visit which is a UNESCO heritage site. People are very kind and hospitable. A short distance to Lenno and Villa Balbianello. A must see!

Located very close to the road you enter to Ossuccio, so it's very easy to find. You don't have to be afraid of experiencing noise from the street, because it's windows are on the opposite side giving you some views on neighbouring garden and other houses. The owner of this apartment is very helpful. I have received a detailed information of how to get there. Francesco was quickly answering my questions via Booking app.

Michel was an amazing host and took such good care of us. The morning breakfast was so delightful and plentiful. We stayed in the apartment, which was huge and had a magnificent view, and we wish we stayed longer! Really, the best part was Michel, as he was so welcoming and we couldn't have asked for a better host. I wish we were still there!
