Since we booked this property last minute, we didn’t notice that it’s only a room for 5 persons with a small fridge and a nice bathroom but anyway it’s our fault. We sent a message on our check in time but the reply was not precise. We called the contact number a couple of times upon our arrival but no response. She should have just told us to ring the flat nearby so we wouldn’t have waited for an hour outside noting that we had a very long drive and we were all tired. We could smell the cigarette smoke from our room.
The old couple was nice but not accommodating.

We stayed here 1 night and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore Assisi. The room itself was small but the bathroom and shower were larger than I expected. Beds were not the most comfortable but the view from our room was incredible!! The host was very gracious and she even helped us carry our luggage up to the room. The restaurant at the Panoramic is excellent, a must try when visiting Assisi. Highly recommend the Posta Panoramic in Assisi.
