Everybody was extremely friendly, and the place was spotlessly clean. The train station was a 5 minute walk away so very convenient to travel to Trieste, Milan, Udine or Venice .

We had a very nice overnight stay at Ostarie Vecjo Friul 1901.
The owner, Iacopo, was very welcoming and friendly. The well appointed and clean rooms are in the beautifully restored building at the rear of the Osterie, overlooking the quiet courtyard where there is a secure car park.
Breakfast was very good with delicious local produce and an excellent cappuccino!
We are looking forward to visiting again when the restaurant is open.
A good location for a stress-free stay in Romans di Varmo, Locanda Rossa is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden.

Great room with exceptional service, everything new, comfy and clean. Breakfast was quite spacious and with fresh localities, and can be served in international style, with ham cheese, yoghurt etc. There is a restaurant with great food and wine selection and we had a dinner with starters and great pasta. The owners are like enjoying every guest and serve with smile, very helpful and friendly. I do recommend Locanda Rossa
