The room was very comfortable and in the town centre. Public parking was easy within 2 minutes walk. The breakfast was incredible - a full selection of Sicilian cakes and pastries, served in a beautiful traditional-feeling room. Valentino was super-friendly and helpful and even gave us ideas for Sicilian recipes and cooking.

The Shalai is set in the historic centre of Linguaglossa, a nice Sicilian village within easy reach of Catania and Mount Etna. Rooms here offer soft colours, warm lights and natural textiles.

A cozy little place tucked away near Mt. Etna. The property is large enough to roam around, but has easy access (with car) to the local towns and attractions. The staff was extremely friendly -- we even got a recipe for the amazing cake that they make every morning for breakfast. The nearby restaurant, within walking distance, is also fantastic!
