Location is beautiful. The majority of the staff are lovely and very helpful, especially Elena who works at the bar/terrace restaurant. Lovely park local town, fantastic pools, perhaps the best I’ve experienced. Lunch is especially good on the terrace overlooking the main pool, the main restaurant menu is available, this changes each day and the food is delicious. Perhaps the best and coldest draft beer - wonderful! The whole hotel is beautifully appointed and stylish. Free and ample parking available

Dinners - that's something you don't get in 5* hotels. Very rich breakfast available with all options till the end. We spend there New Year Eve and dinner was very delicious as well as DJ music and wine, that's you have to take there.

Really nice looking place, you can feel very comfortable, close to the slope, spacious rooms and helpful staff (for example gave us second linen with no hesitation).

We stayed in a queen room and it was excellent. The view was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful. We would definitely visit again. We didn’t have a car but we would definitely recommend it as it would be way easier to get around (we walked up the hill and it was an ordeal).

The location is stunning, and the rooms were very comfortable, with a balcony and fabulous view. The pool is small, but the spa is great and was a nice extra. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, lots of choice.
