It is a nice family apartment with the very friendly host Paola. It is well equipped, including anti-mosquito nets on windows and doors, but incredibly also with three bikes, lots of toys for kids, a big garden with table in shade, and with the permission to eat fruits and vegetables in the garden. 12 minutes drive from Lignano beach, 2 minutes walk from a cafeteria (Bar Julia) for a good breakfast.

The A/C was pre-set just right (there was no way to change the settings, however, just to switch it on or off). Pleasant balcony with a partial sea view, plastic chairs on the balcony.
Each room has a reserved spot on the beach, complete with umbrella and beach chairs.
