The excellence of the cleanliness of the room! The amazing smell of the towels and pilows was also an extra. The breakfast was perfect. The staff is very helpful and always in the most positive attitude. The location is in a brief walk distance from the historical center. My stay at this hotel reminded me of the nostalgia of the 90' 5 star hotel experiences and I can't express enough how it was the perfect choice in Alba! 110% recommended!

Unarguably, the hotel must have known better days, and what the property is in need of is an in-depth restoration. Nonetheless, what is lacking in terms of state-of-the-art facilities, is made up by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, particularly the waiter and the chef. I ought to have inquired about their names since I know how much pride a hospitality worker can take when being praised in a review for their good work.
