Beautiful flat, decorated with taste and very well equipped kitchen. Very clean. It was a good base for our family of 5 to explore Tuscany, Lunigiana and Liguria ( Cinque Terre is 60-80 min drive away, while Pisa - an hour). You need a car to get to the house. We particularly liked the great selection of tea’s available and the coffee was also great.
For breakfast there was a box of fresh eggs, butter, rusk bread, packaged sweets and jams.
The host, who lives next door in the same building was helpful and responsive - we needed extra bin bags, dishwasher tablets and a drying rack and she was happy to help.

Fabulously warm welcome, the owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. Despite our poor Italian the owners made us feel really welcome. The evening meal was outstanding. Value for money also excellent, we would definitely gi back.
