the best location. 10 to 15minutes walking to main scenery spots of the city. staffs are very friendly. and they did the cleaning of room very carefully.

The hotel room was very nice. The rooftop terrace and bar were fantastic with a wonderful panoramic view of Florence. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, taking care of all our needs including tours and teaching us Italian.
